Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground the business day after you place it, unless you specify a later delivery date in the order notes.  We do not ship to PO Boxes. (We cannot accept responsibility for any packages shipped to a PO Box via UPS. Delivery to PO Box addresses is at the discretion of UPS, and may be in conflict with their service terms in the delivery area. Please adjust your shipping address to a non-PO box address, or contact UPS to confirm their service in your area. We are also currently unable to ship to APO and FPO boxes at this time.)

* Most UPS Ground orders are received within 1 to 5 business days.*

* Orders to the East Coast shipped via UPS Ground can take up to 7 business days.*

Order Example:
Orders placed on Monday after 2pm.
Order will ship on Tuesday (We strive to ship orders on the same day they are placed).

SHIPPING DELAYS

* As an artisan company, we hand-craft and hand-pack everything ourselves. During December, please expect shipping delays.*

LARGE ORDER DETAILS

For orders over $200, or orders that include hospitality bags, please allow 3 business days for order to ship due to the time-intensive nature of these orders. We appreciate advance notice when possible; you can specify your preferred ship date in the order notes.
