SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground on the next business day after your order is placed, unless you request a later delivery date in the order notes.

No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box, UPS may refuse delivery, and we are not responsible for undelivered packages. Please use a physical address or check with UPS to confirm delivery to your area.

No APO/FPO Boxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times

Most UPS Ground orders arrive within 1–5 business days.

Orders shipping to the East Coast may take up to 7 business days.
Order Processing Example:

Orders placed after 2 PM on Monday will ship on Tuesday.

We aim to ship all orders the same day they are placed, when possible.
SHIPPING DELAYS
As a small artisan company, all items are hand-crafted and packed by us. Please expect delays during December due to high order volume.
LARGE ORDERS ($200+ or Hospitality Bags)
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing due to the time required to prepare larger or specialized orders. If possible, provide your preferred ship date in the order notes.
